Tip #1 : It all starts from within!
Healthy hair comes from a healthy body. Jen encourages taking vitamins to ensure your scalp health. And a healthy scalp promotes thicker, longer hair! Maintaining a healthy, balanced diet helps scalp and hair health as well.

Tip #2: Gradual changes over drastic changes!
If you want to be like Khloe Kardashian and go from a deep brunette to a bombshell blonde…trust the process! Color your hair gradually and always visit a professional rather than using colors from a box at home. Remember: No one can achieve drastic color changes over night. Avoid the damage and make it a gradual process to achieve the color of your dreams.

Tip #3: Take precautionary measures to maintaining your hair!
If you are going to apply heat on your hair, use a heat protectant. If you want to color your hair frequently, use deep conditioning in between treatments. It is all about taking precautionary measures to keep your hair healthy against the damage it may face! Another suggestion from Jen – try a hair mask! Celebrities often turn to hair masks for deep restoration after their hair has been through the ringer. It can make your hair noticeably softer and smoother after just one use.
